Leading local ICT and cloud solutions provider Elingo has confirmed its Gold sponsorship of the forthcoming G-Summit Johannesburg 2018, the flagship African digital transformation event for all Genesys customers and partners in South East Africa.
G-Summit Johannesburg 2018 is scheduled for 17 July at The Forum, Bryanston. The event will provide thought leaders, partners and industry specialists with the opportunity to discuss issues around customer experience and service delivery.
Genesys powers over 25 billion of the world’s best customer experiences per year, with the focus being on providing value through true omnichannel engagement.
Organisers have announced a stellar line-up of keynote presenters, including Genesys CMO Merijn te Booij; Consulta founder and CEO Adr’e Schreuder; and researcher/strategist Mark Angus.
Special guest pioneering explorer and adventurer Riaan Manser will also be in attendance. Manser rose to prominence by becoming the first person to cycle around the perimeter of Africa. For over 24 months, alone and unaided, he pedalled a staggering 37 000km through 34 countries, some of which rank as the most dangerous countries on earth.
Several recognised industry partners will also attend.
Paul McIntyre, Chief Sales Officer at Elingo, said the company is proud to be a part of this groundbreaking event that will highlight innovation and what digitalisation means to businesses.
“Our culture and focus is on ensuring value through solutions because they perform equally well across channels, on-premises and in the cloud. Experience communication as it should be: fluid, instinctive and profoundly empowering,” says McIntyre.
